InDrive, the mobility and urban services platform, has launched a new venture and merger and acquisition division named New Ventures to invest up to $100 million in startups within emerging markets over the next few years. This partnership is all about providing InDrive’s New Ventures with visibility and insights of the startup ecosystem in Latin America and foster their investments in the region.

InDrive's new project seeks to provide support to entrepreneurs in emerging markets to scale their companies. The investments are in the range of 1-10 million dollars and will be intended for companies that meet the following criteria:

• Startups in the local market with potential for global expansion.
• Post-seed/pre-series A companies with a proven product that works in the market.
• Have a mission that challenges injustice and improves the lives of people and communities.
• Rapid organic growth.
• Healthy economy and cash flow.
